As I said on your other post, you could try calling late at night perhaps. Maybe you’ll have more luck.

I’ve heard various people say sponsor passports are not actually required too. But how much truth is in that is hard to say. Either way they will simply request if needed, the fact you uploaded yours might well be enough.
