I have heard of lots of applications which have been missing documents and they simply request them, rather than deny the application outright and put you back to square one. So fingers crossed this is no great issue.

Since the helpline is 24 hour, one trick is to call at some unsociable time as that seems to give the greatest chance of getting through!
