We didn’t get a reply from some that we offered to.  I suggest your first message should be to ask if they have found a sponsor, and if not ask them to look at your profile and contact you if they are interested.  This worked for us.  A lot of people are leaving their profiles visible even after they have been matched up.  We have set ours to be invisible now so that refugees don’t contact us as we are matched.
